This Financial Services Guide ("FSG") is designed to assist you in deciding whether to use the services provided by Codega. It describes the nature of the information service we provide, who we are, and how you can contact us.

This FSG should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Who We Are

Codega is an ASX dividend intelligence platform operated as a small business in Australia. We publish publicly available financial information (dividend yields, franking percentages, grossed-up yields, sustainability scores) and AI-generated stock research summaries to assist self-directed investors in their own research.

3. Services Provided

Codega provides the following information services:

• ASX Dividend Screener: A filterable table of ASX-listed securities showing dividend yield, grossed-up yield (incorporating franking credits), franking percentage, and a dividend sustainability score.
• Dividend Calendar: A forward-looking calendar of upcoming ASX ex-dividend and payment dates for securities in our coverage universe.
• Watchlist: A personal list of up to 10 ASX tickers you can save for convenient monitoring.
• AI Research Cards: Automated research summaries for individual ASX securities, generated by an artificial intelligence language model using publicly available financial data. These summaries include an investment thesis overview, potential bull and bear considerations, risk factors, and SMSF suitability commentary.

We do not provide: personal financial advice, stockbroking services, portfolio management, or any other service requiring an AFSL.

4. Nature of Our Information

All information on the Codega platform is general in nature. It does not take into account your individual circumstances, investment objectives, tax situation, or financial needs.

Franking credit information and grossed-up yield calculations are estimates based on data sourced from third-party providers. The tax benefit of franking credits will depend on your individual tax position, including whether you are in the accumulation or pension/retirement phase of superannuation. You should consult a tax adviser or accountant before making any tax-related decisions.

AI Research Card content is generated automatically and has not been reviewed by a qualified financial analyst. It may contain errors or outdated information and should not be relied upon as the primary basis for any investment decision.

5. How We Are Remunerated

Codega is currently a free service. We do not charge subscription fees at this time and do not receive commissions, referral fees, or any other remuneration in connection with any financial product or investment recommended or discussed on the platform.

If our remuneration model changes (e.g. introduction of paid tiers), this FSG will be updated accordingly.

6. Conflicts of Interest

We are not aware of any material conflicts of interest in the provision of our information services at this time. We do not hold positions in the securities covered on the platform, and we do not receive payment from any ASX-listed company for coverage or prominence on the platform.

7. Data Sources

Financial data displayed on Codega is sourced from third-party providers. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in the first instance at: hello@codega.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 30 business days.
